I loved this hotel! The location was perfect, only a short walk away from the city center and some great restaurants nearby. The room was unique and interesting, with antique sculptures and reliefs scattered throughout. My favorite part was the ceiling made of windows where I could see the sky while lying in bed. The kitchen facilities were great, including complimentary water bottles and working induction lamps. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late check-out without any hassle.

Adjacent to museum of natural history, 15 minutes' walk to Wien Praterstern train station. The free Wi Fi was available most of the time.

We stay in very nice apartment, near to tram and mitro station. The staff is great especially maya. Facilities also are good, internet, air conditioning, fully equiped kitchen.

Apartment was so beautiful: like in a old castle. Service was so well.

Reception and kitchen didn't work at Sunday and Monday so you can't have a breakfast at these days

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, with great amenities. The location was ideal for a romantic escape, with plenty of activities nearby, like cultural landmarks and restaurants. We loved the fact that we were offered a delicious breakfast and free Wi-Fi during our stay.

The room was not cleaned properly and the bathroom had a foul odor. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat.

Great place. We found a fully furnished appartment. The style was unique, kind of a mix between country style, modern baroque and art deco. There was a coffee machine and mineral water Römerquelle for free included. We liked it a lot!

The Citadella Apartment Hotel was lovely to stay in. The staff were very helpful and delightful, the apartment was in a wonderful location, so easy to walk to the centre and train and tube were in easy walking distance as well. The apartment included internet which was great and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would happily stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and beautiful decor. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet street but still close to public transport facilities and the city centre. I loved the fact that I had ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in my room, making my stay even more comfortable. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the room had a sitting area, dressing area, and in-room safe, providing me with everything I needed for a relaxing and secure stay.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

It is a renaissance style richly furnished apartment. Ideal for honeymoon. The staff was very kind and helpful, cleaning was every day. We could spend a good week there instead of bad weather.
